Dear partners and colleagues,

During the roundtable “Tourism: Challenges and Opportunities,” representatives from civil society, the tourism sector, government institutions, and international organizations discussed the current challenges and development prospects of tourism in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

The discussion focused on sustainable, inclusive, and environmentally responsible tourism, community engagement, and the importance of cross-sector collaboration.

As a result, a resolution was adopted outlining key recommendations to strengthen the tourism sector, support local initiatives, and promote accessible and equitable tourism for all.
